Dr. Egerdahl has been in the ministry since 1975. He was formerly the youth pastor at Southside Baptist Church in Greenville, SC before planting Community Baptist Church in Woodruff, SC and then Heritage Baptist Church and Christian School in Lawrence, KS. In 1991, he became the pastor of Twin City Bible Church in Nitro, WV. After serving over sixteen years as pastor there, he accepted the call to come to Grace in July of 2007. He received his undergraduate degree from Bob Jones University, his masters from Northland Baptist College and his D.D. from Ambassador Baptist College. Pastor Bill and his wife Vicki have three children and six grandchildren.
Dr. Smith spent 9 years in South Florida before coming to Grace. He is a graduate of Bob Jones Academy, Ambassador Baptist College and Carolina University of Theology. He holds an earned Doctor of Theology degree as well as his Bachelor and Masters degree. He has been involved in music all of his life. Dr. Smith and his brother continue their father's ministry thru Al Smith Ministries. David and Ginger have been married for 20 years and they have four children.
Chris was saved at his Christian school at the age of five. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Music Education, Chris taught at Pensacola Christian Academy and also had the privilege of leading ministry teams from PCC during the summers. After com-pleting graduate work in Educational Administration, Chris served as the music director of his home church in Jefferson, Ga, for two years. He has served at Grace since 2009 in various roles as music teacher, Elementary supervisor, and currently as school ad-ministrator. He and his wife Joy both continue to serve in the church music ministry and have two very active boys.
Jacinto Aguilar was born in Monterrey, Mexico, and is the oldest of eight brothers and sisters. He was privileged to grow up in a Christian home and is a fourth generation Christian. He accepted Christ when he was 13 and surrendered to full-time Christian service during youth camp. He graduated with a degree in Bible from Ebenezer Bible Seminary in 1991. He taught classes at the same Seminary for 11 years and planted the Jesus Saves Baptist Church in Hermosillo, Sonora, as well as two mission churches in surrounding cities. He is presently serving as Hispanic pastor. He and his wife, Rebecca, have 7 children.
Pastor Matt majored in Youth Ministries at Bob Jones University where he met his lovely wife JoAnna. They were married June 21st, 2003 and graduated together in 2004. While working other jobs to reduce school loan they helped with the youth at Grace Bible Church. In 2005, he did a one-year pastoral internship at Twin City Bible Church in Nitro, West Virginia. He completed his Masters Degree in Biblical Studies from Northland Bible College (now Northland International University) in 2008. He then moved with his family to McAllen, TX to work with the Youth at Faith Baptist Church. While there, he managed KCAS 91.5 FM Radio Station, and worked for Firecheck of Texas as a designer. Matt accepted his present position as Youth Pastor of Grace Baptist Church in June of 2010.
Before finishing his bachelor of science degree in Accounting from Bob Jones University, Brandon had the opportunity to work at Camp CoBeAc for a summer as counselor and team leader. It was then that the Lord started to direct his heart towards ministry. After graduation, he spent the summer as an intern here at Grace Baptist Church as part of the requirements for the Advanced Ministry Training program under the direction of Dr. Tom Farrell. He spent the year traveling to various ministries as the Lord burdened his heart and continued to encourage a greater love for ministry. He has been serving in Wilmington since marrying his beautiful wife Bonnie and they are both excited to be able to serve in our ministry as God has directed them here.
